New-build residential development, Pembroke
This project involved the design of a new development to replace an old cottage. Proposal involved design of the site including road, foul drains and other services as well as design of the 8 individual units (3 flats, 3 maisonettes, 2 semi-detached houses). Planning Permission and Building Regulations approval obtained. Building is compact and well-insulated and incorporates a large photovoltaic array and air-source heat pumps.
