Our Background
Having worked for local firms of property developers and builders in South Pembrokeshire prior to starting my own company I gained extensive experience in the field of house building, from the design of the sites (including infrastructure such as roads, sewers, street lighting and other services) through design of the individual houses and dealing with relevant authorities (Planning, Building Control, Highways and Estates departments of local authorities, the Environment Agency, Land Registry etc), through to sourcing and ordering materials, preparing conveyancing plans and working out costings.
Other work has included technical illustrations for books (Eco-House: A Design Guide – Roaf/Fuentes/Thomas) and design and construction of the Pembroke Dock Eco Houses project.
