Acoustic insulation going into internal wall

The Build - Internal Walls
Internal walls were built conventionally using 4x2" CLS (regularised softwood specifically for stud-walling) and plasterboard.

I did think about doing them as lath-and-plaster instead of the plasterboard but went with the plasterboard option in the end for speed and ease.

Sound insulation is old rolled up overalls stuffed into the cavities in the internal walls.
